Below are Modern Women's studio policies, explained through frequently asked questions from our customers.
Please note: Modern Women maintains the right to refuse service. If you are upset with a purchase, or with any of the free content provided by Modern Women, please know we will not respond to irate, cruel, or demanding emails, or to those that do not respect boundaries or to those that administer unsolicited business advice. We appreciate the candor of those who want to engage in a respectful manner, but nasty emails won’t be answered. Ever.

How Is My Order Shipped?
All orders are shipped with USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail or First Class. We typically ship two times a week. You will receive an email from our studio directly via ShipStation or from Stamps.com after the order has shipped with your tracking information. If your order requires international shipping or is a poster order, we will email you directly with your tracking information upon shipment. Please note, sometimes this confirmation email is labeled as spam or if you utilize gmail, it can land in your promotions folder. Please check your email folders before reaching out. Thank you for your patience + understanding!
Please note, Modern Women aims to create as little waste as possible, so all order receipts are digital.
My Package Is Missing and/or Damaged. What Should I Do?
Modern Women is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned or stolen packages- once USPS has your order it is out of our hands. You have your tracking #, and must follow up with your local post office if something is amiss. If you have NOT received your tracking information, please email us directly with the ORDER NUMBER so we can figure out what the issue is on our end. All USPS Priority Mail packages are insured by USPS for up to $50. If USPS misdelivers or misplaces your order, you are entitled to that compensation but you must file a claim yourself as you are the recipient.
If there has been a shipping error, please email Modern Women with your order number for reference.
Do you offer discount codes for online orders?
Occasionally Modern Women issues discount codes through the Moonbeaming newsletter. Codes are valid per their stated terms when announced. If customers forgot to utilize the code provided at check-out, Modern Women is unable to retroactively apply the discount after the order has been placed. One code per customer/order. Please shop responsibly.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Modern Women happily accepts size exchanges on UNWORN pieces- just email us directly with your order number. No other returns or refunds. You are responsible for your own purchases. Modern Women is not liable for lost, damaged, stolen or returned packages. If you're an international customer looking to exchange your original order, there is a return-shipping fee. We encourage you to take full responsibility for your purchasing decisions.

What Sizes Do You Carry?
Modern Women offers sizes XS-4XL! If your size is not listed, it has sold out.
The Item I Want To Order Is Sold Out. When Will It Be Restocked?
Modern Women does not always restock sold out pieces. The best way to find out about restocks is to check out our Instagram account and sign up for the Moonbeaming newsletter. Restocked styles usually become available again within 2-4 weeks- depending on our sweatshop-free supplier and production schedule. Stay tuned + thanks in advance for your patience!
Do You Ship Internationally?
Modern Women ships within the USA and Canada only. If you are ordering from a country outside of the US, you are responsible for any additional costs incurred with customs. If you're an international customer looking to exchange your original order, there is a return-shipping fee. Some of our stockists do ship internationally. Please support them! The love + demand for the Many Moons Workbooks and Planners has been overwhelming, we're so grateful! Modern Women cannot order additional copies for single orders once the edition is sold out.
Can I Purchase A Digital Copy of The Many Moons Lunar Planner, Workbook or Your Zines?
Modern Women does not have a digital copy of the workbooks, zines, or the planners; we're a micro-business and don't have the means to support that offering.
